Not necessarily. The Just Arrived kiosk app is on the App Store and Google Play and gives you a fully locked-down, always-awake device. If you'd rather not install anything, every kiosk also runs in a normal browser — Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox — open the kiosk link, enter the pairing code and add it to the home screen. Same templates, same notifications either way.

The moment a visitor checks in, their host gets a message — as a direct message or in a shared channel — in Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Discord or email. Hosts can answer straight from the message with a quick reply like "On my way", and it appears on the kiosk while the guest is still standing there.

Yes. Turn on General check-in and patients simply tap, type their name and they're done — there's no host to pick. You choose which other fields to ask for, or switch them all off. The screen clears automatically after every check-in, so the next patient never sees anyone else's details, and reception is told straight away by email, Teams, Slack, Google Chat or Discord.

Yes. Install the Just Arrived app from Google Play on any modern Android tablet — Lenovo, Samsung and others — or from the App Store on an iPad. You can also run it in Chrome without installing anything. Setup is the same everywhere: enter the pairing code shown on screen.

Yes. Post every arrival into a shared Microsoft Teams, Slack or Google Chat channel, or send it to a reception email address — ideal for unstaffed desks. You can notify individual hosts as well, or skip hosts entirely.

Minutes. Create your organization, add a site, import employees from CSV or Excel, pick a welcome layout and pair the device with a code shown on screen.

Yes. Choose from 50 welcome layouts, or start from one and change the type, colours, photography and logo in the designer and save it as your own template. Designs are set per site and per device.

Every organization starts with a 14-day free trial, no card required. After that it's €15 per device per month, or €165 per device per year with one month free. A device is anything visitors check in with: each kiosk counts, and QR check-in counts as one device per site. Only the first three devices per site are charged — reception displays are always free.

Danish kroner, euros or US dollars. The currency is set from your organization's country when you start your subscription, and stays fixed for the life of that subscription. Paying from the UK, Australia or elsewhere? Any international card works — your bank converts the amount for you.

No — all prices are excluding VAT/moms. Danish customers are charged 25% Danish moms. EU businesses that enter a valid VAT number at checkout are reverse charged and pay no VAT. Customers outside the EU are not charged VAT. Tax is calculated automatically at checkout.

Devices are licences, not metered usage. Adding one is billed immediately, prorated for the rest of the period. Removing one doesn't change the current invoice — the licence stays yours until the period ends, and your quantity drops automatically at the next renewal. And if a payment fails, running kiosks keep working; you have 7 days before pairing new devices pauses.

In the EU. Visitors consent on the device, and you decide which details are collected — fields can be optional, required or switched off, and sensitive answers are masked in notifications. Everything, including visitor photos and signed agreements, is anonymised automatically once your retention window passes.

A PIN-protected roll call, started from the dashboard in one hold. Everyone currently on site is listed, guests get an email link to mark themselves safe, and your team ticks off the rest in real time. You can run it as a drill too, so practice never gets mistaken for the real thing.

Check-ins queue locally if the network drops and sync as soon as the device is back online.
